Cassava Cleaning and Peeling Machine Working Principle:

This machine mainly consists of tank, power motor, nylon brush, spray tube and so on.

Pour the raw material (cassava, potato, etc.) into the cleaning and peeling machine, then the material is continuously dispersed, rolled, rubbed, and cleaned under the action of high pressure water and brush rolling .

The silt and skin from the surface of the material is washed into the dust collector with the flow of water, and discharged through a large diameter pipe.

Of course, you can also use the bucket to pour water instead of tap water pipe.

Operation steps:

1.Connect the power supply and the tap water pipe. Put the material into the cleaning and peeling machine.

2.Start the motor working switch to make the equipment run normally and have correct direction.

3.After cleaning, open the discharging outlet switch and then discharge the material automatically.  

4.After the whole process above, clean the machine with clean water regularly.

5.The chain drive part needs to be lubricated regularly. Do not touch the motor switch with water.
