Working principle of the Fresh Sweet Corn Husker or Corn Shucking Machine:

Because the sweet corn kernels are crisp and tender, a slight collision will cause the kernel's skin to crack or internally squeeze, so the requirements for the peeler are higher than that of ordinary corn. For this reason, we specially developed this sweet corn husking machine for the design.

The technical proposal is: the sweet corn peeling machine includes a frame, a shell, a transmission system, a roller device, and a water spray device. The surface of the rubber roller sleeve adopts a thread-like pattern, and the original ordinary rubber is changed to a composite rubber material. The rotation direction of each pair of rubber rollers is opposite.

All of the contact parts with corn adopt 304 stainless steel material. The motor is installed on the power seat, and the driving shaft is installed on the bearing seat.

The bearing seats at both ends of the driving shaft are not on the same horizontal plane. Because the driving shaft is equipped with spiral strips and rubber nails, and the transmission shaft is equipped with multiple rubber wheels, the driving shaft and the transmission shaft cooperate with each other, and the peeling device can evenly distribute the corn cobs between the two pairs of relatively rotating peeling rollers. And when the corn cob rotates by itself, it advances smoothly. During the movement, the bracts are torn apart by the special peeling claws, and the bracts are pushed down by the rotating shaft in an instant to complete the peeling.

A water spray device is installed above the sweet corn husking machine. When the rubber roller rotates, the water spray device starts to spray water. The purpose is to clean the sweet corn slurry stuck on the rubber roller and maintain the friction between the rubber rollers; reduce the high temperature of the rubber rollers due to high-speed operation to protect the rubber rollers; at the same time, a water film is formed on the rubber rollers to reduce the impact of the rubber rollers on the corn seeds and reduce damage rate.

The advantages of this design are that the sweet corn husking machine can quickly complete the bracts husking of sweet corn, and has high husking rate, low damage rate, high productivity, high degree of mechanization, convenient operation, low cost, time and labor saving, and long service life.

Besides, the transmission system of our sweet corn husking machine runs in oil, so it has longer service life with very low noise. This is the difference between our machine and other brands.
