Model UGH-03 Sweet Corn Husker or Sweet Corn Cobs' Bracts Husking Machine has been sent to Qingdao Port, and will be delivered to Pennsylvania, USA. This model is specifically designed to process fresh sweet corn cobs. We have gone through research, design and many tests during the two years 2020-2021 based on our American clients' demand, and finally developed this small model.

The reason we focus on doing this is because we need to make our customers and the market satisfied with this machine's quality and usability! All of the contact parts with corn adopt 304 stainless steel material. A water spray device is installed above the sweet corn husking machine so as to clean the sweet corn slurry stuck on the rubber roller and maintain the friction between the rubber rollers; reduce the high temperature of the rubber rollers when the machine is working. Besides, the transmission system of our sweet corn husking machine runs in oil, so it has longer service life with very low noise. This is the difference between us and others. The sweet corn husker can help the sweet corn farmers and stores husk their sweet corn better, with the lowest kernels damage rate and the highest husking rate, so as to provide them with the maximum profit. This will be the meaning of our work!
