Corn kernels, beans, etc., do not need to be pulverized or ground, and can be directly put into the machine for processing into pellets. The machined granular feed surface is smooth, with suitable hardness, and the temperature increases during the process can better maintain the internal nutrients in the material.

The particle composition is uniform with neat shape. The diameter of the particles is divided into 3/4/5/6/7/8, etc., when ordering, it can be selected according to different growth periods of breeding animals.
Through processing by this machine, it can kill the pathogenic microorganisms, parasites, and prevent some diseases. Since the water content of the pellets is low, it is easy to store, which greatly increases the utilization of the feed.

The pellet machine is made by a special process. The surface of the machine is smooth and clean, the hardness is moderate, and the particle size can be changed and adjusted at will.

The internal ripening degree of the feed pellets can not only make the starch gelatinization, protein coagulation and denaturation, improve the nutritional quality of the feed, facilitate digestion and absorption, but also kill the common pathogens and parasites.

Through the adjustment of the compression ratio of the mold, the temperature of the particles can be lowered, and low-temperature material particles can be produced, such as feed, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and biological bacterial fertilizer, etc. The granulated water is about 13%, and it does not need to be air-dried, and naturally cools down.

Working principle:

It mainly consists of electric motor (or diesel generator), rear axle, flat die, pressure wheel, feed hopper, cutter and discharge hopper.

Based on mechanical circular motion, diesel engines and electric motors are used to drive the V-belts. Transfer the gear to the main shaft and the template to make the template rub the pressure roller. Under the pressure of the pressed roller, the material is extruded from the template hole, and the pellet is rolled out from the lower opening through the segmentation of the cutter.

Attentions:

1. Check whether there has stone, iron, metal or hard material mixed in the raw material before processing.

2. At least one operator should stand by the machine during processing, in order to avoid injury by the material poping out.

3. During working, don’t feed material by hand or wooden stick.

4. Always check the wear of the flat die and the pressure roller.

5. The motor must be grounded to avoid accidents.

6. If there has abnormal noises inside the machine, then turn off the switch, and check the machine when it stops running.

7. It is forbidden for children, the elderly and those who do not understand the performance of the machine to operate the machine, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble.

Please note: feed moisture is 13%, and after molding, the total moisture is 20%; crushed raw material should be based on the crusher with 1.5-2.5mm sieve.
