The followings are about corn thresher safety precautions.

First, before corn thresher operation, please read the operation manual carefully. Make clear the safe operation rules of the operation manual.

Second, before operation, please check all of the safety signs and operation instruction. Supplement it in time if there has any defect.

Third, make sure that the threshing cylinder stays in the specified speed range when we change power. The exposed transmission part should have protective device and ground protection when we use motor.

Fourth, send out signal before the machine starting. Make sure that there has no one around the machine first and then start it. Strictly prohibit overspeed working.

Fifth, the operators should fasten the cuffs and wear crash helmet in operation.

Sixth, don’t stretch hand into the feeding machine, the threshing cylinder, the discharging outlet or other dangerous parts in operation. Don’t mix the solid sundries in the machine, such as stone, wood and metal.

Seventh, frequently check the bolts on the threshing cylinder, air blower and bearing block and make sure that they are not loosened.

Eighth, shut the machine down immediately if there has blocking or any other abnormity. Switch off first, and then clean and check carefully.
