What should we notice in selecting a corn husking and threshing machine? There are various types and models of corn husking and threshing machines, such as the shaft replaceable ones, the up-down structure ones, the left-right structure ones, the cheap ones, the expensive ones and so on. What kind of corn husking and threshing machine is the most suitable one for us? What problems should we notice?

First, pay attention to the material of the machine.
The upper cover thickness of the ordinary corn husking and threshing machine is 1.5mm, the weight is 85kg, the net rubber sheet length is 74cm, and the middle two rubber sheets are made of total iron.

The upper cover thickness of the thickened corn husking and threshing machine is 2.75mm, the weight is 114cm, the net rubber sheet length is 84cm, and the middle two rubber sheets are made of semi-rubber and semi-iron.

Second, pay attention to the husking shaft design of the corn husking and peeling machine.
Semi-rubber and semi-iron design doesn’t damage the corn and costs more than the total iron design. As for rubber, the rubber sheet punched by the tyre has better abrasion performance and longer service life.

Though as the same semi-rubber and semi-iron design, the shaft may be still different. Some factories adopt welding shaft and some select intact shaft. We supply the seamless steel tube intact shaft, which is not easily damaged.

Third, pay attention to the hammerhead of the corn husking and threshing machine.
The first half part of our corn threshing machine adopts cast steel hammerhead, which has higher shelling rate and yield.

On the whole, we should notice the following aspects in selecting a corn husking and threshing machine: the machine weight, the material, the husking shaft design, the husking shaft material and the hammerhead of the threshing shaft.
