Portable grain dryer structure and working principle:
The whole machine consists of feeding device, drying room, environmentally friendly hot stove and air supply system, flue, conveyor, electrical control system, walking device and so on. The core of the dryer is the drying room, and the internal structure is a row of laminar flow plates.
In the drying room, there is a set of forced ventilation systems that can introduce air into the drying room from bottom to top, and then flow through the laminar flow plate to contact the material.
When materials with excessive humidity enter the drying room, as the air rises, the air in contact with the materials is heated, and the excessive moisture in the materials is taken away. Reduce the moisture content by gradually heating to achieve the purpose of hot air drying. The hot air is then exhausted through the flue.
During this process, the temperature of the drying room is continuously adjusted by using the automatic control system to ensure that the temperature in the drying room and the moisture content of the material are within the appropriate range. When the material is dried to a predetermined level, the conveyor belt transports the material out of the drying room, and the entire drying process is completed.
