The milling machine mainly consists of machine cover, base, rice roller, rice screen, rice knife, feeding hopper, belt wheel and adjusting device.

It can process paddy into rice and separate rice and bran only once, no need adjusting! Besides, it can also remove millet husk efficiently, just replacing the suitable sieve. We will send you different sieves for rice and millet in delivery. 

Operation:

1. Wiring requirements: This machine can not be shared with the original lighting circuit. It should be connected directly from the main power switch with copper wire or aluminum wire of 4 square millimeters or more. It is not allowed to use the plug. It is recommended to use the knife switch of 10A or more.

2. Operation method: before starting the machine, carefully check whether the fasteners of the machine are loose, and open the cover to check whether the gap of the rice roller is correct. The gap between the rice knife and the tip of the rice roller band is: about 3 mm at the beginning of the milling band and about 2.5 mm at the end of the milling band.

3. Close the switch and wait for 1-3 minutes of idle operation. If the operation is normal, it can be processed. When opening the feeding board, it should be slowly opened to make the machine gradually increase the load, otherwise it will suddenly increase, which may cause the machine to be blocked.

4. If the machine is stopped midway, the feed inlet should be closed first, and shut down the machine when all the paddy processing is finished in the milling chamber.

Please note: the moisture content of paddy can directly affect the machine performance. We suggest that your paddy moisture content should be around 15%.
