Vacuum Packaging Machine Scope of Application:
Suitable for all kinds of plastic composite film bags, aluminum foil bags, vacuum packaging for the following products: beef, mutton, sausage, ham and other meat products, aquatic products, pickled vegetables, soy products, various additives, yeast, feed, preserved fruits, grain, vegetables, edible fungi, medicinal materials, tea, rare metals, medical appliances, precision measuring tools, chemical products, etc., so that the packaged materials can achieve the purpose of oxygen insulation, freshness, moisture, mildew, rust, insect, and pollution prevention. Extends its shelf life and is more convenient for storage and transportation.
Vacuum Packaging Machine Main Structure and Working Principle:
1. This machine is composed of five parts: upper working room, lower working platform, rack, electrical system, and vacuum system. Inflatable packaging machine plus an inflatable system.
2. Working principle: First, place the package on the working platform, spread the mouth of the bag on the silicone rubber strip, and press the bag mouth with the pressing strip. Turn on the power, select the heating temperature, and adjust the pumping time and heating time. After closing the lid, the packaging machine can automatically complete the continuous action of pumping-sealing-cooling-lid removal; after closing the lid, the inflatable packaging machine can automatically complete the continuous action of pumping-inflating-sealing-cooling-lid removal.
Vacuum Packaging Machine Precautions:
1. It is strictly forbidden to reverse the vacuum pump motor.
2. Open the fuel tank cap before use and add No. 100 special oil for vacuum pump (better to choose Shell’s engine oil).
3. Check the oil level frequently. The oil level shall not be lower than 2/3 of the height of the oil window, and shall not be higher than the height of the oil window.
4. When water or other impurities are mixed into the pump oil, the oil should be changed in time.
5. The vacuum pump oil should be discharged during transportation or handling.
6 The vacuum pump oil should be replaced when the new machine is used for the first 15 days.
7. The exhaust filter should be replaced at least once a year.
8. When the inflatable packaging machine is inflated, the external air source pressure should be ≤0.2Mpa.
9. Before working every day, please warm up 2~3 working cycles (empty machine).
10. When the packaging is hot-packed, because the steam will condense into water droplets under negative pressure, please keep wiping the working platform with a rag to prevent water droplets from being sucked into the pump to dilute the pump oil.
11. It is recommended that the bearing weight of the packaging bag be within 5kg.
Vacuum Packaging Machine Operation:
1. Turn on the power switch, select the heating temperature (in general, choose medium temperature for ordinary composite film bags, low temperature for thin films, and high temperature for aluminum foil bags.), select the heating time (generally 2~3 seconds), and open the bag pressing strip, and place the packaging bag flat on the work platform (note that the item is not less than 4 cm in distance from the bag opening), and spread the bag mouth on the silica gel strip. Be careful not to overlap the bag mouth. turn over the pressing strip to press the mouth of the bag well. Hold the handle and gently press the upper working room on the lower working platform, the packaging machine will automatically complete the vacuum packaging process according to the program and automatically open the lid.
2. When the machine is working, place the packaging on the other side. After the cover is automatically opened, hold the handle and turn the studio to the other side, and the machine will work on the other side according to the program; Pack the bag and take out the package, which completes a working cycle.
3. When you stop working, turn off the power switch and pull out the power plug.
4. Clean up the machine and clean the studio, platform and body with a clean cloth.
